Is it worth it to take the Tri-Rail to Bicentennial Park in Miami?

These are the directions I have: take Tri-Rail to the Metrorail Transfer Station, transfer to the Metro Mover, then take the Omni Loop to the Eleventh Street station. Bicentennial Park is across the street to the left.

So my questions are:
Is Bicentennial Park that close to the Eleventh Street station?

How long would it take to ride from the Deerfield Beach station to the Eleventh Street station (or if you can't answer that, how long it would take to ride to the Metrorail Transfer Station)?

And is it a pain in the ass to take? (busy, stalling, never on schedule, etc)

I'm planning for a festival down there in March, and the earliest it ends is midnight, so if I plan on taking the tri-rail back to Deerfield I'll have to leave very early. Can anyone tell me how early? Like when I should be at the Metrorail Transfer Station in order to make the last train back to Deerfield?
